Sausage & Spinach Spaghetti Carbonara Recipe

Alyson Mance shares a lighter version of a classic Italian dish by swapping pancetta with chicken sausage. 

1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 chicken sausage links, casings removed and finely chopped
1 1/2 cup baby spinach
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoons black pepper
3/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
1 pinch red pepper flakes
