Brie-Stuffed Turkey Meatballs with Cranberry Glaze

Alyson Mance takes favorite holiday leftovers and makes a brand new dish.

Glaze:

12 oz. cranberries (about 3 cups)
1 heaping tbsp. chopped ginger
1 c. sugar
zest of 1 large orange
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Meatballs:

1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 c. prepared stuffing
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. panko
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 1/4-inch chunks of brie
