1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cold butter, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons goat cheese
1/2 cup chopped scallions
1 cup buttermilk
