Happy Hour Episode 3: Sazerac

2 oz whiskey

1 cube sugar or ¼ oz simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

4 dashes Peychaud bitters

2 lemon twists

Pastis rinse

Lightly mist the inside of a chilled rocks glass with the pastis or absinthe. Add lemon twists, sugar, and bitters to a mixing glass and muddle. Add whiskey and then ice, stir, and strain into the rocks glass coated with the pastis. Garnish with a lemon twist.
