Crab Cakes with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Thumbs up to Nana: Leah Roberts shares her grandma’s crab cake recipe, a family favorite that was a hit in our kitchen!

Crab cakes:

1 medium yellow onion, diced
8 ounces claw crab meat
8 ounces lump crab meat
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 cup panko
1/4 cup mayo

Sauce:

1 cup roasted red peppers (approx. 3 large red peppers)
4 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 c. mayo
salt and pepper to taste
